Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on process objectives and outcomes.
- Monitor process performance post-implementation and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes that meet organizational needs.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business requirements into actionable process designs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools to visualize and communicate process flows.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process changes and facilitate user adoption.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
