- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales pipeline health, revenue realisation, margins, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve capital efficiency, manage costs, and resolve financial and operational bottlenecks.
- Develop executive-level financial reports, management information system (MIS) reports, and automated dashboards to support timely decision-making.
- Identify emerging financial risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions through financial analysis and business modelling.
- Drive cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, resource optimisation, and sustainable growth.
- Leverage data analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools to improve financial analysis and reporting efficiency.
- Strengthen financial planning processes, reporting frameworks, and performance-monitoring systems.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in Business Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or a related function.
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance, preferably from a leading institution.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting.
- Proven ability to analyse business performance, interpret financial data, and develop commercially relevant recommendations.
- Experience evaluating unit economics, project profitability, contribution margins, and operational cost efficiencies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex data analysis and financial modelling.
- Experience with MIS reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard development, and performance reviews.

- Comfort working with complex datasets and using AI-powered tools to improve analytical efficiency and solve business problems.
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of strategic projects.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on profitability, operational efficiency, and business growth.
