As part of its growth, Arrow ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Business Development Senior Team Leader.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead our global Lead Generation team. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth by ensuring effective conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), while building scalable processes, ensuring data accuracy, and aligning closely with Sales and Marketing teams across regions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Lead Generation Specialists / SDRs focused on MQL to SQL conversion 

• Define and implement strategies to improve lead qualification, conversion rates, and pipeline generation 

• Own and optimize the end to end MQL to SQL process ensuring consistency across regions 

• Partner closely with Marketing to align on campaign performance, lead quality, and targeting strategies 

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure smooth handoff of SQLs and strong pipeline conversion 

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics (conversion rates, pipeline value, speed to lead, activity levels) 

• Establish and enforce best practices in CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce), data hygiene, and reporting 

• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, training, and performance management  

 What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development within the IT/Tech industry 

• Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing sales development or lead generation teams 

• Strong track record of improving MQL to SQL conversion and generating qualified pipeline 

• Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, particularly in IT solutions or services 

• Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions  

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills  

• Fluent in English & French (additional languages are a plus)
