Business Development Manager – TGE Freight

Team Global Express is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help grow our Freight business across Australia.
This is a high-impact role focused on identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored freight and supply chain solutions across our national network.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive new business growth across TGE’s Freight division.
Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
Develop tailored freight and logistics solutions.
Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Identify growth opportunities across palletised, intermodal, and specialised freight services.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Solid exposure to supply chain processes and logistics operations in any industry.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.
A proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset
Experience within transport, freight, warehousing, manufacturing, retail supply chain, or logistics environments will be highly regarded.
