About the Role
At Team Global Express, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of growth across our business.
This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll be at the forefront of identifying new opportunities, designing innovative logistics solutions, and partnering with customers to solve complex business challenges. From major tenders and strategic proposals to bringing new solutions to life, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while building a rewarding career with one of Australia's leading logistics providers.

What You'll Do
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
Develop tailored logistics solutions across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and contract logistics environments.
Lead high-value tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations from start to finish.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with operational and cross-functional teams to create winning customer solutions.
Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to implementation.
Oversee seamless project delivery, ensuring solutions are successfully launched and embedded.
Stay across market trends and customer needs to uncover new growth opportunities.
Represent Team Global Express as a trusted partner and industry leader.
What You'll Bring
Proven success in business development, solution sales, account management, or commercial roles.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
Experience developing and presenting compelling customer proposals and solutions.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
Strong project management capability with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
