As a Business Architect, a typical day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping effective business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in bridging business needs with technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing compelling business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing and documenting business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to system validation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
