About This Job
Axos is seeking a Business Analyst to help increase our capacity to support the business. In this role, you'll support process improvements by gathering requirements, documenting and updating processes, and helping prepare materials for recurring business communications. You'll also support the team's broader operating model, including reporting and meeting content for business leaders. You'll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners while building your skills in core business support methods, giving you the opportunity to grow your career supporting business operations.Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for new processes, enhancements, and system updates.
- Support process updates, ensuring documentation and workflows stay current as the business evolves.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of process changes.
- Help plan and prepare materials for recurring business communications and leadership meetings.
- Support the team's operating model by helping prepare reporting, meeting content, and other recurring business reviews.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation of process and system changes.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to clarify requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Maintain documentation, templates, and resources to support ongoing business management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 1–2 years of relevant business support, coordination, or related experience.
- A foundational understanding of business operations and how documentation and process support drive outcomes.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to break down problems and explore practical solutions.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals and teams.
- Good judgment and sound decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
- Clear, effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A results-driven, proactive approach, with strong integrity and a genuine interest in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with process mapping and data analysis tools preferred
