To provide efficient end-to-end administrative and operational support to the Regional General Manager, Business Management Consultants and Independent Financial Advisors. Are You Someone Who Can:
- Provide accurate and responsive administrative support, including processing servicing requests, preparing quotations and completing related administrative activities within agreed turnaround times.
- Support the contracting and onboarding process for Individual Financial Advisors, ensuring that documentation is complete, accurate and progressed efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters between Independent Financial Advisors, Business Management Consultants and relevant FirstRand business units.
- Build trusted working relationships with Independent Financial Advisors and support them in improving service delivery to their end clients.
- Deliver exceptional service by proactively identifying needs, resolving queries and providing appropriate, practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate records, track outstanding matters and follow through to resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Apply sound judgement, attention to detail and relevant process requirements when handling client, adviser and product-related information.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve operational challenges and contribute to continuous service and process improvement.
You Will Be an Ideal Candidate If You Have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience working with Group Risk, Individual Life and Investment products.
- Matric / Grade 12
- A relevant diploma or equivalent qualification, which will be advantageous.
- Experience using relevant internal life insurance systems and supporting product or servicing processes.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability and willingness to travel locally when required.
