As a Billing Support - Associate 2 you will support billing operations, process requests, track transactions, and help maintain accurate financial records within our Internal Firm Services practice. As an Associate, you will focus on learning through practical tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and contributing reliable support while building your technical knowledge, business awareness, and professional brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore, you will work within Finance Operations and Finance to assist with billing-related activities, respond to internal stakeholder needs, and contribute to efficient service delivery in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities: 

- Prepare customers invoices in S/4 under the guidance of senior associates and managers. 

- Responding to the Engagement Team’s billing inquiries to ensure smooth billing process

- Assist in tracking overdue invoices and following up appropriately with Engagement teams on finalizing and posting the draft invoices. 

- Provide administrative support as needed to senior team members. 

What You Must Have

- Any Graduate
- At least 1-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Proficiency with MS Office Suites (e.g., Microsoft Excel, basic to advanced knowledge on Power BI will be an added advantage). 

- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. 

- Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes. 

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes. 

- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. 

- Collaborate and work as part of a team. 

- Ability to research and investigate discrepancies in invoices and resolve issues

- Strong communication skills and being able to articulate the problem statement, offer solutions to the engagement teams.
