Setting: In-home services

Help children and young adults build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA and receive support from an experienced clinical team.

What you’ll do

• Follow individualized treatment plans during in-home sessions.
• Teach skills through structured activities and play.
• Record accurate data so the clinical team can track each client’s progress.
• Communicate professionally with your BCBA, team members, and families.
• Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.

What we’re looking for

• An interest in working with children and young adults.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan.
• Reliable attendance for assigned sessions.

Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome.

Requirements

• Must have own reliable transportation and full coverage auto insurance. Driving is required in these areas.
• Must have strong oral and written language skills, organized and timely, professional boundaries with families, and ability to multi-task and work independently in fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• A passion for working with children and families
