Pay: $21–$25/hour
Schedule: Part time
Settings: Home, community, school, and/or clinic, depending on the assignment
Clients: Children and young adults ages 2–21
Help clients build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA and support an assigned caseload of families.
What you’ll do
- Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions.
- Teach skills through structured activities and play.
- Record accurate data so the clinical team can track each client’s progress.
- Communicate with your BCBA, team members, and families.
- Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.
What we’re looking for
- An interest in working with children and young adults.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan.
- Reliable attendance for assigned sessions.
- Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome.

Requirements
- Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
- Support with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred but not required
- Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
- CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
