Have you recently graduated and are looking for a challenging and enriching experience in a global environment?

The "Be Talent BBVA: Global Seed Program" is an initiative designed for recent graduates. Over 24 months, you will work on diverse projects, rotating every 6 months through different key functional areas and roles at our Ciudad BBVA headquarters in Madrid.

Strategic Rotations: Project assignment areas include:

• Internal Audit
• Commercial Client Solutions
• Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)
• Digital Banks
• Engineering
• Finance
• Legal
• Retail Client Solutions
• Strategy & M&A
• Talent & Culture (HR)

We will take into account your professional goals, experience, skills, and interests to align your rotations.

International Experience and Consolidation:

• International Assignment: Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to complete an international stay of 4 to 6 weeks at one of BBVA's global headquarters.
• Program Completion: Upon completing the program, you will consolidate into a team based on your skills, career path, and business needs.

Key Objective:

This program offers you a 360-degree view of BBVA's operations, allowing you to develop technical competencies and essential skills in an ever-evolving sector. We will provide you with the necessary support for a seamless integration into a modern and enjoyable work environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.

Hiring Conditions and Location:

• Permanent full-time contract, starting in March or September 2027 depending on candidate availability. 
• Hybrid working model (blended): 60% in-person and 40% remote per quarter.
• Ciudad BBVA, Madrid.

Academic Background and Knowledge:

• We are looking for graduates with a higher degree (bachelor's or double degree) with a graduation date between 2025 and 2027 (both inclusive).
• Academic degree: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Engineering, double degrees, or other legal, scientific, or technological disciplines, with interest and knowledge in the economic-financial field.
• Master's/postgraduate degree (desirable): Postgraduate training in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantitative Models, Actuarial Sciences, FinTech, or related fields will be valued.
• Academic Record: Have an excellent academic record.
• Work Experience: Prior work experience is not required, although internships or previous jobs will be positively valued.
• Languages: Spanish and English (C1).

• You have a global mindset (interest in intercultural exposure is favorable).
• You are willing to learn and develop your profile, experimenting with new ideas with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain constant communication across different regions and business areas.

It is an essential requirement to hold a valid residence and work permit to sign the employment contract with BBVA in Spain.

• English verification tests: From November 19th to November 27th.
• Interview with the Talent & Culture / Talent Acquisition team: From November 30th to December 11th.
• Invitations to the Talent Challenge: Week of December 15th.
• Talent Challenge (Group Dynamics - In-person at Ciudad BBVA): Thursday, January 28th, 2027.
• Interviews with T&C Front: From February 1st to February 12th.
• Interviews with Business Units / Departments: From February 15th to February 26th.
• Confirmation of selected candidates: Last week of February – early March.
• Program Start / Onboarding: March or September 2027 (depending on candidate availability).
