Scope of Work

Seeking crews experienced in bathroom and kitchen renovations, including:

• Full bathroom remodels
• Cabinet installation and replacement
• Vanity installation
• Tile floors, backsplashes, showers, surrounds
• Drywall repair and framing adjustments
• Interior painting and finish work
• Fixture swaps (faucets, sinks, lighting, toilets)
• Trim work and punch-list completion
• Multi-trade remodeling projects

Projects may range from cosmetic refreshes to full renovation scopes.

Responsibilities

• Complete remodeling work with quality craftsmanship and professionalism
• Review scopes, measurements, and project expectations before starting
• Provide progress updates, photos, and communication through mobile tools
• Submit estimates for additional scope or change requests
• Maintain clean, professional jobsites
• Represent Superior Contracting & Maintenance / Home Ease professionally in occupied homes
• Meet timelines and completion expectations

Requirements

• Must be a 1099 contractor or established remodeling business
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI required)
• Worker’s Comp preferred
• Minimum 5 years kitchen / bath remodeling experience preferred
• Own tools, transportation, and jobsite equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using mobile phone/app for updates
• Must be located in the Atlanta, GA area
• Must pass background check
• Must be able to complete client badging / onboarding requirements for site access

• Tile and finish carpentry
• Punch-list / final completion work
• Customer-facing service environments
• Light plumbing / light electrical coordination
