Scope of Work
Seeking crews experienced in bathroom and kitchen renovations, including:
- Full bathroom remodels
- Cabinet installation and replacement
- Vanity installation
- Tile floors, backsplashes, showers, surrounds
- Drywall repair and framing adjustments
- Interior painting and finish work
- Fixture swaps (faucets, sinks, lighting, toilets)
- Trim work and punch-list completion
- Multi-trade remodeling projects
Projects may range from cosmetic refreshes to full renovation scopes.
Responsibilities
- Complete remodeling work with quality craftsmanship and professionalism
- Review scopes, measurements, and project expectations before starting
- Provide progress updates, photos, and communication through mobile tools
- Submit estimates for additional scope or change requests
- Maintain clean, professional jobsites
- Represent Superior Contracting & Maintenance / Home Ease professionally in occupied homes
- Meet timelines and completion expectations
Requirements
- Must be a 1099 contractor or established remodeling business
- Active General Liability Insurance required (COI required)
- Worker’s Comp preferred
- Minimum 5 years kitchen / bath remodeling experience preferred
- Own tools, transportation, and jobsite equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable using mobile phone/app for updates
- Must be located in the Atlanta, GA area
- Must pass background check
- Must be able to complete client badging / onboarding requirements for site access
