We are seeking a talented individual for 기업영업 전문인력 모집 (B2B Sales) position at Marsh. This role will be based in Seoul, Korea.

We will count on you to:

• 국내외 기업고객 대상 신규 영업 및 기존 고객 관리

• 고객의 비즈니스 환경 및 리스크 이슈 파악

• 고객 니즈에 기반한 솔루션 제안 및 협상

• 주요 고객사 관계관리 및 계약 갱신 지원

• 시장 동향, 산업 이슈, 경쟁사 분석

• 내부 전문조직과 협업하여 고객 맞춤형 제안서 작성

• 매출 목표 및 영업성과 관리

What you need to have:

• 유관 경력 1년 이상

• 기업영업 또는 B2B 세일즈 경험 보유자 우대
