As an Assurance Quality Admin Support Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Internal Firm Services practice. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Managing compliance oversight and risk management programs to support organizational integrity
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and reviews to identify potential areas of improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance compliance awareness and training initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Supporting the development of corporate compliance programs and ethical standards
- Monitoring budget allocations to validate alignment with compliance objectives
- Engaging in investigative decision-making to address compliance issues effectively
- Designing onboarding processes that align with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies
- Promoting a culture of ethical conduct and adherence to the firm's code of ethics

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's Degree, preferred Business related or any equivalent degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Proficiency in the following tools, Salesforce, Aura, ChatPwC, Excel, Other related platforms/tools
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Morning shift required
