. ALIGN WHOLESALE CHANNEL NEEDS AGAINST MONTHLY VM NEEDS AND DRIVE GLOBALLY ALIGNED PRODUCT MARKETING MOMENTS.
. ABC MART OFFLINE STORE IN-STORE VM PLANNING AND EXECUTION (152 OFFLINE DOORS)
. DEVELOP AND MANAGE ELEVATED RETAIL ENVIRONMENT AND WHOLESALE STORE - IE. WORK WITH WHOLESALE TO ENSURE RIGHT ASSORTMENTS
. WHOLESALE TRADE SHOW VM PLANNING AND EXECUTION SUPPORT

. EXECUTE STRATEGY FOR VM ROUNDING, UTILIZING 3RD PARTY RESOURCES TO EFFECTIVELY PROVIDE VM SUPPORT ON MONTHLY BASIS.

. ESTABLISH AND ALIGN VM GUIDELINE AND PROVIDE MONTHLY STORIES VM GUIDELINES TO STAFF AND REVIEW VIA MONTHLY AUDIT PROGRAM

- Works with APAC Retail Marketing, Korea DTC, Korea DTP, VM Agency, Rounding Agency, DTC Store Managers, Wholesale Accounts

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Education: University degree or equivalent through experience in a relevant field
• At least 3-5 years of Visual Merchandising or Retail Marketing experience
• A deep understanding of the Vans brand, the action sport industry and street culture
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, with proven effective internal & external communications

Interaction:
* Exchanges standard/basic technical or nontechnical information with colleagues and immediate superiors and/or customers* May be a required to interpret or clarify technical information to aid understanding* Audience is generally knowledgeable about the subject matter* Conveys straightforward information to non-divergent audiences
