Job requirements
Experience Range: With 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, including substantial expertise in case management and automation. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance case management, field service, and digital engagement.Configure and optimize Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Self-Service portals to maximize operational efficiency.Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers to streamline business processes.Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.Resolve complex technical issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance of Service Cloud applications.Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.Implement security best practices, including user roles, profiles, and permission sets within Salesforce Service Cloud.Document technical solutions and system configurations, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.Required Skills:
