Experience Range: With at least 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including substantial expertise architecting and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud architecture for complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutionsTranslate business and technical requirements into detailed Salesforce data models, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps, delivering solutions that meet business objectivesDesign and implement solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture to optimize wealth management and advisor operationsEstablish and enforce architectural standards for performance optimization, code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and release management, ensuring consistent delivery across Salesforce platformsDesign and govern integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and API management platforms, achieving seamless data exchangeDevelop and implement Salesforce security architecture including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OAuth, and connected apps to ensure regulatory compliance and robust data protectionIdentify, assess, and mitigate architectural risks related to governor limits, data volumes, transaction limits, integration scalability, and platform performance, proactively preventing issuesMentor Salesforce developers and technical leads, fostering engineering best practices and architectural excellence throughout the organizationRequired Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Field Service, Case Management, Self Service, and Digital Engagement modulesExpertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, with proven experience in Territory Planning and enterprise-scale solution designStrong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and SOQL/SOSLDeep understanding of Salesforce integration architecture, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven approachesExperience with Salesforce DX, CLI, Git, and source-driven development workflowsProficiency in CI/CD tools and processes, including Copado or GearsetComprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and OAuthAbility to design robust Salesforce data architectures, object relationships, and data quality strategiesExperience with multi-org strategy, environment management, and deployment architectureStrong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, scalability, and performance optimizationPreferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with API management platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or ApigeeExpertise in AWS and cloud architecture, including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS, and EKSFamiliarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools for Salesforce org observabilityBackground in financial services or wealth management domainSalesforce Certified Technical Architect credentialDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related disciplineSalesforce Certified Architect (Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect)Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Platform Developer certifications
