Experience Range: With at least 5 years of experience in technology marketing, including significant exposure to services marketing and analyst relations within the IT industry Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive services marketing strategy aligned with organizational business objectives 2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing initiatives and identify growth opportunities 3. Define and communicate the value proposition for technology services, ensuring messaging is tailored to target audiences 4. Design and launch omnichannel marketing campaigns with strategic messaging to drive lead generation and conversion rates 5. Produce high-impact marketing content, including brochures, website pages, case studies, and ebooks, targeting specific audience segments 6. Establish and maintain an analyst engagement calendar, fostering relationships with industry analysts 7. Lead analyst Requests for Information (RFIs) and secure prominent placement in vendor assessment reports 8. Coordinate with business leadership and subject matter experts to ensure effective campaign execution, monitoring, and performance measurement Required Skills: 1. Market and competitive analysis for technology services 2. Brand positioning and messaging for IT solutions 3. Omnichannel campaign design and execution 4. Content development for digital and print marketing assets 5. Analyst relations management, including RFIs and vendor assessments 6. Marketing automation platform proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) 7. CRM tool expertise (e.g., Salesforce) 8. Website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) 9. Utilization of industry research to inform marketing strategy Preferred Skills: 1. B2B technology services marketing experience 2. Digital analytics and performance measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) 3. Knowledge of emerging technology trends in IT services 4. Certification in marketing analytics or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Marketing Certification) 5. Experience leading cross-functional teams for campaign delivery Desired Qualifications: 1. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology 2. Relevant certification such as Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Marketing Certification, or Certified Marketing Professional (CMP)
