A Day in the Life

The process may include ones that requires translation English to Japanese, or Japanese to English. The role is expected to communicate with internal stakeholders located both in Japan and outside the country but within the organization. Majority of communication is being made by writing (such like email, Microsoft Teams), with regular team meetings held in Japanese.

Primary Responsibilities

• Entering incoming potential compliant information into designated complaint handling system
• Executing attempts for follow-up information
• Delivery customer letters
• Other processes in complaint handling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required for this role
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or related role within the Medical Device industry (Regulatory and Quality role)
• Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N4 or above certification) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Japan

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of ISO Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 13485)
• Coming from Medical device industry
• Related Quality or Regulatory roles
