Buscamos Art Director
¿Qué harás?
- Dirigir y desarrollar conceptos creativos visuales para campañas integrales de publicidad en medios digitales, tradicionales y punto de venta
- Liderar sesiones de brainstorming y presentar propuestas creativas a clientes y equipos internos defendiendo la visión conceptual
- Supervisar y guiar el trabajo de diseñadores y equipos creativos asegurando la excelencia en la ejecución de proyectos
- Crear layouts, storyboards y presentaciones de conceptos visuales que comuniquen efectivamente las ideas creativas
- Dirigir producciones fotográficas y de video coordinando con fotógrafos, productores, estilistas y otros proveedores creativos
- Asegurar que todas las piezas creativas mantengan coherencia visual con la identidad de marca y estándares de calidad establecidos
- Colaborar estrechamente con copywriters, estrategas y cuentas para desarrollar campañas integradas y efectivas
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias en diseño, publicidad, cultura visual y comportamiento del consumidor
- Gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente cumpliendo con deadlines y presupuestos establecidos
- Participar en pitches de nuevos negocios aportando visión creativa y conceptos innovadores
Skills Requeridos
- Experiencia +4 años
- Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual, Publicidad, Artes Visuales o carreras afines
- Conocimiento avanzado en: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects y Premiere para supervisión de motion graphics y video, Figma o Sketch para diseño de experiencias digitales, Herramientas de colaboración y gestión de proyectos.
