Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, identifying anomalies, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to understand system behaviors and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve performance and security.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively detect and address system issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft PowerShell.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
