Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while adapting to evolving challenges within the technology environment.

MUST HAVE:
Developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform with Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) and involves technical design, configuration, and integrations with external systems to proactively manage network health, incident resolutions, and ensure service quality for Telcos.

- Domain Knowledge: OSS Service Assurance
- Modules: TSM, CSM (Must Have)
- ServiceNow Customization: Develop and configure SNOW modules.
- Scripting: Write JavaScript/GlideScript, create Business Rules, UI Actions, and automate workflows.
- Integrations: Implement REST, SOAP, and web service integrations with external systems.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve issues, perform updates, and ensure system performance.
- Collaboration: Gather requirements, document solutions, and work with cross-functional teams.
- Integrations: REST, SOAP, MID Server
- Tools: Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow NowAssist
