THE OPPORTUNITY
Ensure full project management in the deployment of assigned customer valued solutions by leading teams through the planning, approval, implementation, and monitoring phases within the expected timeframes and budget. Solutions include change management such as reducing hospital length of stay and implementation of digital tools and patient experience solutions. The role will focus on deploying solutions that have a triple impact of positively affecting patients, healthcare providers and JJM’s business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead project planning and deployment of customer valued solutions
Realise the expected business, patient and healthcare provider value from all customer valued solutions
Work with the Strategic Solutions team and Depuy Synthes businesses to develop projects identified as customer valued solutions including business case validation
Support sales, marketing & other customer facing personnel through the education of customer valued solutions and the requirements for its deployment
Strategy, Framework & Policy
Work with the Health Care Solutions Manager to develop projects identified as Health Care Solutions projects including business case validation
Lead project planning and implementation for Health Care Solutions projects
Monitor & report on key project milestones & metrics to all relevant stakeholders
Partner with the Health Care Solutions Manager to identify and manage key project risks
Develop materials and services in association with selected third party partners e.g creative agencies, IT platforms providers etc
Comprehensive understanding of relevant company and/or industry policy and/or regulations and incorporates knowledge into the business e.g HCC, Industry Codes of Conduct (MA, MTAA) codes of conduct
Identifies, formulates and assists in the implementation of required policies and procedures, including MSA’s and Due Diligence paperwork
Relationship Management
Participate in cross-functional and cross-sector teams, advisory boards and external stakeholders in order to understand Health Care Solutions initiatives and develop programmes in line with strategic imperatives
Support marketing, the field sales force & other customer facing personal on training on implementation of initiatives
Manage internal communication regarding Health Care Solutions projects Manage relationships with external third party providers
Financial Management
Manages budget tracker for project(s) and proactively partners with key stakeholders to ensure projects stay within budget
Leverage appropriate financial tools and models to demonstrate business impact Participates and contributes in Business planning process
Technical Expertise
Maintain knowledge & application of key project management principles & tools
Maintain metric systems that monitor the outcomes of Health Care Solutions activities
Develop deep understanding of current & past Health Care Solutions projects to be able to apply key lessons to new and existing projects
Through a thorough understanding of HCBI and the Codes of Conduct, monitor the Health Care Solutions activities to ensure strict compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

High contact with all levels of an account – from Clinicians to CEO and Finance Directors of a hospital
Taking the HCP on a journey of change and deploying solutions where all 3 parties benefit – Pt, HCP & JNJ
Far reaching – could impact all parties in the chain of healthcare
Need to be able to work with a high degree of autonomy and independence
ABOUT YOU
Required:
Tertiary qualification in medicine, pharmacy, life science, pharmaceutical, allied health, Software engineering, computer science or related degree
Orthopaedic experience preferred Or
Project Management Qualification or
Software engineering background or
Change management Specialist or Software development or Data science
Desirable:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the medical device or related business industry
Familiarity with the Industry Codes of Conduct (Australia and New Zealand) for medical devices (MTAA) and for medicines (MA)
Understanding of the Australian Healthcare System
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Proven project Management capability
Demonstrated change management success in previous role is highly desired Desirable: Knowledge of and understanding of AI tools and their use
