MercyOne Waterloo and Cedar Falls are seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs providing care at two modern hospitals located just 15 minutes apart. This opportunity offers an exceptional work‑life balance with 9 weeks of paid vacation annually (approximately 12 weeks off with a 10‑hour shift model), extra call pay, and vacation buy‑back options.
