A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will need to work independently, adapt quickly to changes, and communicate effectively. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ticketing System: Day to day Salesforce and quote issue resolution and support for sales department employees
- Acquisition Integration: Assist M&A integration team with data and systems migrations for acquired organizations
- Data Integrity: Ensure and organize all accounts and opportunities are assigned to the correct salesperson
- Manage internal systems: Maintain and administer all internal systems within sales, including setting up and managing users
