YOUR MISSION
- Provide basic technical support for warehouse users, workstations, printers, scanners, and other common IT equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting login issues, application access, printing problems, device connectivity, and basic hardware concerns.
- Help support warehouse and business systems by gathering details, following troubleshooting steps, and escalating issues when needed.
- Create, update, and close support tickets with clear notes, status updates, and resolution information.
- Support setup, replacement, and basic configuration of PCs, RF scanners, label printers, and workstations.
- Communicate clearly with operations and IT teams to understand issues and provide timely updates.
- Assist with testing, deployments, upgrades, and small IT projects under guidance from senior team members.
- Follow documented procedures, checklists, and basic troubleshooting guides.
- Help maintain simple documentation for recurring issues, device setup, and support processes.
- Escalate complex or business-impacting issues to the appropriate IT, vendor, or support team. During these escalations time may bleed over normal working hours.
- Provide professional customer service and support to users in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
- Maintain attention to detail when handling equipment, tickets, and user requests.
- Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years distribution center operations
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to pivot on a dime and react to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to confidently escalate complex or business-impacting issues to the appropriate IT, vendor, or support team that need to be resolved during and outside regular hours as needed
- Professional customer service/support to users in a fast-paced distribution center environment
- Attention to detail when handling equipment, tickets, and user requests
- Reliable, team oriented, and ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Networking concepts, and common IT hardware experience preferred.
- Previous help desk, technical support, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Occasional travel may be required
The hiring range base pay for this position is $51,800-$68,905 + Bonus + Benefits
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
