YOUR MISSION

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Retouching and QA teams
• Define and maintain post-production workflows, quality standards, and best practices
• Ensure consistent image quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all assets
• Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and production priorities
• Drive continuous improvement of post-production processes and efficiencies
• Promote the adoption of AI-supported retouching and image production workflows
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve quality, scalability, and speed
• Collaborate closely with Art Direction, Photography, Styling, and Production teams
• Monitor quality performance and implement corrective actions when needed
• Act as the key contact for all post-production related topics

YOUR TALENT

Your Talent:

• 5+ years of experience in post-production, image management, or retouching
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and image production workflows
• Understanding of AI-powered retouching and image enhancement technologies
• Strong eye for detail, quality, and consistency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and innovation-driven mindset
