This is an early-career role for a proactive, curious, and highly organized individual who is eager to learn global product marketing and build experience working across regional, commercial, medical, technical, and operational teams. The Analyst will help move sustaining initiatives from change assessment through execution while also supporting portfolio-wide standardization and improvement priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Sustaining Portfolio Execution

·   Support commercial activities for sustaining initiatives, including change controls, product and component changes, regulatory transitions, supply continuity actions, cost-improvement projects, and other lifecycle priorities.

·   Conduct structured change assessments to identify potential customer, workflow, market, and regional impacts; summarize findings, open questions, risks, and recommended follow-up.

·   Gather input from Regional Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, and other partners to support complete and timely assessments.

·   Draft customer-facing materials, including customer letters, transition communications, FAQs, field guidance, and internal talking points, and coordinate review and approval workflows.

·   Communicate with regional teams to confirm local impact, capture market feedback, track readiness, and support consistent execution across geographies.

·   Create project plans for obtaining customer, regional, or medical feedback on product changes; coordinate and participate in activities, document responses, and synthesize key themes.

·   Maintain action logs, decision records, project trackers, timelines, and status updates; proactively follow up on commitments and flag risks or delays.

·   Support portfolio-wide standardization, SKU optimization, rationalization, harmonization, and product transition initiatives through data collection, analysis, and execution support across regions.

·   Assist with forecasting, annual operating planning, portfolio reporting, and other recurring business processes as needed.

Customer, Market and Portfolio Analysis

·   Collect and organize customer, regional, market, and competitive information to support lifecycle and portfolio decisions.

·   Analyze product, SKU, regional, and customer information; identify patterns, data gaps, and implications for the team.

·   Support Voice of Customer activities, surveys, interviews, site visits, advisory boards, and market research through planning, logistics, note capture, and insight synthesis.

·   Prepare clear summaries, presentations, and recommendations for team and cross-functional discussions.

·   Maintain awareness of vascular access and infusion therapy practices and develop working knowledge of the Access portfolio, customers, markets, and competitors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Development

·   Build productive working relationships with global and regional partners and respond reliably to requests and follow-up actions.

·   Ask thoughtful questions, seek feedback, and rapidly build knowledge of products, customers, commercial processes, and medical device lifecycle management.

·   Take initiative to improve templates, trackers, communication processes, and recurring workflows.

·   Contribute to selected growth, innovation, or market research assignments as development opportunities and business priorities allow.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

·   Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Engineering, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or a related field.

·   0-2 years of relevant experience through full-time roles, internships, co-ops, consulting projects, research, or other applied experience.

·   Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information and draft clear business materials.

·   Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

·   Analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

·   Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and time zones.

·   Ability to travel in support of customer visits, market research, and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

·   Medical device, healthcare, life sciences, product marketing, market research, or business analytics experience.

·   Experience supporting projects with multiple stakeholders, formal review processes, or detailed execution plans.

·   Exposure to Voice of Customer research, product lifecycle management, change controls, or customer communications.

·   Experience analyzing and presenting data to support recommendations.

Success Profile

·   Driver and go-getter: takes initiative, follows issues through to closure, and looks for the next useful action.

·   Learning agility: quickly absorbs technical, clinical, market, and business information and applies feedback.

·   Execution discipline: produces accurate work, keeps stakeholders informed, and reliably meets commitments.
