The Opportunity

As an AML and Sanctions - Fenergo Product Consultant - Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative data-driven solutions to optimize business performance
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of analytics initiatives to enhance competitive advantage
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to drive insights and inform business decisions for clients
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams
- Analyzing and identifying linkages and interactions within complex systems to deliver high-quality deliverables
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in critical conversations
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across data and analytics teams
- Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging team members to do the same

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science

- Utilizing advanced data science techniques—including predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling—to drive customer analysis, forecasting, and business value insights

- Designing and optimizing business processes and products through scenario analysis, stakeholder management, and product lifecycle oversight

- Developing and implementing algorithms for outlier identification, cluster analysis, and regression modeling to support data-driven decision-making and trend forecasting

- Collaborating cross-functionally to translate complex data analytics into actionable business strategies and process improvements
- Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Utilizing AI fluency and AI-human collaboration skills
- Excelling in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement
- Developing business case development and competitive advantage strategies
- Embracing continuous process improvement and innovation
- Managing data architecture and database management systems

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
