About the Role
[팀 소개]영업교육팀은 영업조직을 대상으로 고객 서비스를 위한 다양한 상품 컨텐츠와 인재 육성 및 도입을 위한 체계적인 교육 프로그램을 제공함으로써 회사의 영업 목표를 실현시키고 지속 성장을 책임지는 교육 & 상품 업무를 담당합니다.
[직무 요약]
제휴 보험사와 긴밀한 커뮤니케이션을 통해 상품 정보와 영업 컨텐츠를 개발하고, 지속적인 조직 역량 강화를 위한 교육 프로그램 운영 등 상품 판매 경쟁력을 높이고 올바를 조직 성장을 위한 업무를 담당합니다.
[주요업무]
1. 제휴 보험사 상품 판매 자료 작성 및 영업 컨텐츠 개발, 상품 정보 제공
2. 역량 강화 교육 프로그램 운영 (DB Sales, 법인 및 VIP, 상품 지식 강화 프로그램 전달)
3. UW Issue, 동향 리서치, 판매 현황 분석
4. 영업지원시스템 개발 협업
5. 영업지원시스템 실시간 Q&A 시스템 운영
[자격요건]
- 생명보험 및 손해보험 상품 업무 경력
- 영업 교육 과정 운영 업무 경력
- 문서 작성 및 컴퓨터 활용 능력(MS Office) 중급 이상
- 친화적인 마인드와 영업조직 소통 능력
[근무조건]
- 고용형태: 정규직
- 급여 및 복지조건 : 회사 내규에 따름
