About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional AI Product Development Engineer to join us. This is not a traditional software development role. You’ll be working in an environment where AI is used every day to design, build, test, and improve real software products at incredible speed.

Claude Code is a core part of how we work. You’ll use it to research problems, design solutions, build prototypes, test functionality, debug issues, and rapidly iterate on new product ideas.

What You’ll Be Doing

·   Work with internal stakeholders and enterprise clients to understand real business problems and product requirements.

·   Think deeply about the problem before jumping into development.

·   Break complex problems down into clear functional and technical solutions.

·   Design practical, simple, and intuitive software experiences.

·   Use Claude Code as a core part of your daily development workflow.

·   Rapidly build working software prototypes and product features.

·   Use Claude Code to write, review, debug, refactor, and test code.

·   Develop new features and enhancements for our workforce management platform.

·   Build customized software features for enterprise clients.

·   Test your own work thoroughly, including usability, functional, and edge-case testing.

·   Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.

·   Work with experienced developers to move successful prototypes into production.

·   Continuously experiment with better ways to use AI to build software faster and better.

This Role Is About Thinking, Not Just Coding

We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for a specification and then starts programming. We want someone who can be given a difficult problem and figure it out.

You should naturally ask:

What is the real problem here?

What is the simplest effective solution?

How should the user experience work?

What could go wrong?

What are the edge cases?

How can I use Claude Code to build and test this quickly?

Your job is not to manually write as much code as possible. Your job is to solve product problems quickly and intelligently using AI.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

·   Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

·   Strong academic background, preferably from one of the leading universities in the Philippines.

·   Strong software engineering fundamentals.

·   Ability to build modern web applications and software prototypes.

·   Experience with Claude Code, or a strong desire to become exceptionally good at it.

·   Strong analytical and logical thinking.

·   Ability to break complicated problems into clear, solvable parts.

·   Strong product mindset and an ability to understand what users actually need.

·   A natural flair for application design, UI/UX, and intuitive workflows.

·   Curiosity and the willingness to keep digging until you understand a problem properly.

·   Confidence to work independently without needing every step spelled out.

·   Strong English communication skills.
