Most AI research ends in a paper. Ours supports the healthcare supply chain behind pharmacists, providers, and patients across one of the largest healthcare networks in North America. At McKesson Canada, we are standing up an AI group built around a simple promise: good ideas don't get stuck...they get tested, proven, and set in production!

The vision we are aiming for is to run like an engine. New opportunities come in, get pressure tested for value, and route to the team best suited to build them. That means I'm looking for three very different kinds of people and you'll probably know which one is you before you finish reading!

Innovation Team — for the explorers. You live in the "what if." You assess what's real, build and test POCs, prove the value, then size it before it moves. Open roles: Lead Solution Architect, Senior Business Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Analyst.

Automation Team — for the builders. Agentic and automation obsessed. If a task can run itself, you'll make it. Open roles: Lead Solution Architect , Senior Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Automation Developer.

Delivery Team — for production. You take AI/ML solutions all the way to live production  and you keep them healthy (efficiency, usage, cost, accuracy, drift). Open roles: Senior Data Scientists, Senior Business Analyst.

Les nôtres soutiennent la chaîne d’approvisionnement en soins de santé derrière les pharmaciens, les professionnels de la santé et les patients à travers l’un des plus grands réseaux de santé en Amérique du Nord. Chez McKesson Canada, nous mettons sur pied un groupe IA fondé sur une promesse simple : les bonnes idées ne restent pas sur une tablette… elles sont testées, validées et mises en production!

Notre vision est de fonctionner comme un véritable moteur. Vous vivez dans le « et si? ». Vous évaluez les nouvelles idées, distinguez le concret du théorique, concevez et testez des preuves de concept (POC), démontrez leur valeur, puis évaluez leur potentiel avant qu’elles passent à l’étape suivante.
