About the Role

The AI Enablement Manager will play a key role in accelerating the adoption of AI across Tennis Australia.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, the AI Enablement Manager will champion practical and responsible AI adoption, promote greater access to data and insights, and support the delivery of AI-powered solutions and agents that improve productivity, streamline processes and enhance decision-making.

The role will also help grow AI literacy across the organisation, enabling teams to identify and apply AI opportunities safely, effectively and responsibly, ultimately helping Tennis Australia create better experiences, grow participation and deliver greater value to the tennis community.

Partnering with the Director of Data & AI, this role will help shape and maintain a prioritised roadmap of AI initiatives and guide the most effective approach to their delivery and adoption.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping others realise the value of AI, can demonstrate what great AI adoption looks like across different business functions, and is motivated by the opportunity to create positive outcomes for our people, our customers and the broader tennis community.

 In this role, you will:

1. Develop and Drive a Prioritised AI Roadmap

• Identify, assess and prioritise AI opportunities that align with Tennis Australia's strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap of AI initiatives, balancing impact, feasibility and organisational readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business outcomes, support delivery planning and monitor value realisation.

2. Build Strong Relationships and Drive Adoption

• Establish trusted relationships across business and technology teams to identify opportunities and accelerate AI adoption.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to align priorities, manage competing demands and achieve shared outcomes.
• Promote practical and responsible use of AI by demonstrating successful use cases and helping teams embed AI into everyday ways of working.

3. Enable Organisational Capability and Governance

• Support the development of AI capability and literacy across Tennis Australia through education, coaching and awareness initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of AI governance, standards and best practices to ensure safe, responsible and effective adoption.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning and knowledge sharing that empowers teams to confidently leverage AI

Essential Experience

• 5+ years' experience delivering data, AI, digital or technology-enabled initiatives that create measurable business value.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted relationships and deliver outcomes through collaboration.
• Strong experience identifying opportunities, developing roadmaps and driving organisational adoption of new capabilities.
• Demonstrated success leading change and embedding new ways of working across an organisation.

Highly Regarded

• Experience supporting organisational adoption of new technology, data or AI capabilities following a major transformation initiative.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience developing organisational capability, training or adoption programs.
• Experience contributing to or supporting advanced analytics, AI, machine learning or data product initiatives.
• Experience within sport, entertainment, membership, customer or event-based organisations.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Desirable

• Postgraduate qualifications in Analytics, Data, Business, Technology or a related field.
