To help us in achieving our plans we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Tennis World NSW on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will be to support the afternoon shifts Tuesday-Saturday 2-10pm.

About the role

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and contributing to a vibrant tennis and hospitality environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• All aspects of front of house operations are delivered in a friendly and effective manner, including presenting a fresh, clean uncluttered Pro Shop and retail environment
• Maintain and deliver high standards of facility management across all areas within the responsibility of Tennis World Sydney
• Oversee the consistent delivery of excellent customer service and administration at FOH by regularly monitoring performance and offering feedback, training and support to staff as required
• Support all internal and external bookings at Tennis World Sydney, identifying any ways to improve stakeholder relationships to ensure our customer service standards are maintained
• Ensure team engagement and monitor staff productivity, morale, teamwork, communication and job satisfaction
  

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, members and key stakeholders
• Excellent organisational, administrative and operational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
• Experience in sports, events, retail, functions or hospitality environments desirable
• Qualifications in food and beverage, first aid and responsible serving of alcohol desired
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory capabilities
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
