1. Agency Business Planning & Stakeholder Management
- Develop Agency business plans through market analysis, opportunity assessment, compensation & incentive, customer strategy, products, technology and operation planning.
- Translate business priorities into actionable growth strategies covering manpower, productivity, customer acquisition, and sales performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional discussions with Agency, Distribution, Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Group stakeholders to ensure integrated business planning.
- Support business reviews and provide insights to drive growth, productivity, and manpower development.
- Provide advisory support on long-term business direction and planning priorities across functions within the team.
- Coach and guide team members and stakeholders as a subject matter expert, driving capability building, knowledge sharing, and strategic thinking across Agency division.
2. Performance Management and Reporting
- Develop KPI frameworks, target-setting methodologies, and performance governance to support business planning and execution.
- Monitor business performance against plan, identify gaps and opportunities, and provide recommendations to management.
- Consolidate and deliver management reports, forecasts, and business analyses, including QBPR, EXCO forums, Group reporting requirements, and ad-hoc requests.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights to support decision-making.
