岗位职责
1. 负责新产品试制，协助工程师完成设备、工装及工艺验证工作，并支持新产品小批量生产及量产导入
2. 参与新产品样机试制及试生产活动
3. 协助工装夹具的安装、调试、验证及优化工作
4. 跟踪试制及小批量生产过程中的异常问题，收集和整理相关数据，并配合推动问题解决
5. 编制和维护相关工艺文件（PS/OI），协助更新Control Plan、Process BOM等技术文件
6. 配合PE团队开展关键工艺培训，支持压装、焊接、测试等工艺要求的落实
7. 支持PED相关样品准备、测试及报告整理工作
8. 协助推进工艺改善及工装优化，不断提升生产效率和产品质量
9. 遵守公司安全生产管理要求，落实岗位安全职责
10. 完成上级安排的其他工作任务
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化、数控技术或相关专业
2. 2年以上制造业技术岗位工作经验，有装配制造、工艺、NPI或设备相关经验者优先
3. 熟悉基本装配工艺，包括压装、焊接、测试等工序
4. 熟练使用卡尺、千分尺、高度尺等常用测量工具
5. 能够看懂机械图纸、装配图及BOM资料
6. 具备基本的问题分析和现场异常处理能力
7. 熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件进行数据整理和报告编制
8. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
9. 具备基础英文阅读能力，能够查阅图纸、工艺文件及相关技术资料
