Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management documentation, including playbooks and recovery plans.
• Support the coordination and execution of tabletop exercises and scenario-based testing.
• Help conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and Important Business Services mapping.
• Participate in data collection and reporting activities for resilience programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and support mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and assist with document organization and version control.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in business continuity, or operational resilience.
