Job Title: Adult Social Worker - CMHT
Location: Blackpool (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £30.66 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker for its client's CMHT department in Blackpool.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Conducting Mental Health Assessments

  • Carry out comprehensive assessments of individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, including risk assessments and safeguarding evaluations.

  • Collaborate with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans that promote recovery and independence.

• Care Coordination and Case Management

  • Act as a Care Coordinator under the Care Programme Approach (CPA), ensuring timely reviews, documentation, and coordination of services.

  • Liaise with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Crisis Intervention and Safeguarding

  • Respond to mental health crises, including arranging Mental Health Act assessments when necessary.

  • Identify and manage safeguarding concerns, making referrals and attending strategy meetings as appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
