职位概述：

1. 基本的前台工作

电话接听和转接、前台的接待。包括但不限于必要时从厂门口接访客进入相关的区域、兄弟公司人员或客户到工厂参观以及会议的行政安排。

2. 常规涉及的工作以及和外承包商的合同管理和请款

车辆安排、办公用品采购、保洁工作的监督和安排、公司绿化养护、饭堂管理和投诉跟踪、行政相关快递的收发和跟踪，员工年度体检的交通、用餐等安排。

3. 支持性的工作

外事服务（签证的资料和协助工作）、考勤系统、劳务人员入离职及劳务人员档案管理、各种相关会议的安排和协调。

协助工会组织协调福利发放等工作，以及年会、季度生日会等员工福利活动的协助安排。

完成主管安排的其他偶发的行政相关工作。

4. 行政管理体系相关工作

完善现有行政规章制度及SOP，发现新问题并形成相关标准流程、不断对行政管理体系进行完善；

5、工作报告

定期对的行政工作及费用的分析和总结。参与工厂年度Kaizen项目，持续提升行政部门工作效率及行政费用的合理化。

任职要求：

• 大专及以上学历，良好的英语沟通能力（能对接外籍访客的接待需求）；

• 3年以上行政及HR相关工作经验，能较好的进行跨部门的沟通与协调合作；

• 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心强、有亲和力；
