About the role:

The Activation Executive is responsible for the deployment and execution of commercial and brand activation plans across both On Trade and Off Trade channels in Occidente

This role ensures the successful implementation of visibility programs, promotions, innovation launches, consumer experiences, shopper activations, bundles, value-added packs, and point-of-sale materials, guaranteeing execution excellence and compliance with approved activation standards.

Key Responsabilities

• Lead the execution and deployment of approved activation plans across On Trade and Off Trade channels.
• Ensure flawless implementation of promotions, visibility initiatives, innovation launches, consumer activations, bundles and VAPs.
• Coordinate the production, deployment and tracking of POSM and visibility assets.
• Deploy activation toolkits, execution guides and sales support materials based on approved plans.
• Monitor activation implementation to ensure compliance with execution standards and agreed timelines.
• Coordinate external agencies, suppliers and production partners to deliver activation activities effectively.
• Track activation KPIs and execution compliance through regular reporting and field feedback.
• Support post-activation evaluations, consolidating learnings and recommendations for future initiatives.
• Manage activation budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with company processes.

Experience / skills required:

• English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Activation, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing or Commercial Execution.
• Experience managing activation projects, agencies and suppliers.
• Experience working with both On Trade and Off Trade channels is preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and highly execution oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams.
• Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
