Job Details
Implement and manage documentation, monitoring, and evaluation of customer files, ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines, completeness, and accuracy.
Establish credit limits and payment terms for new customers following company policies.
Identify, prepare, and coordinate department meetings, training sessions, and development activities.
Manage all associate relations functions for the customer setup team, including hiring, performance management, and terminations.
Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and approved account setup processes.
Recommend process and procedural improvements to the Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in developing and maintaining customer setup and maintenance policies, procedures, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, company standards, and industry regulations.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of new customer account data.
Conduct and
and participate in internal compliance audits related to customer files.
Manage and train account setup staff on regulatory compliance, scheduling, and timely processing of documentation (e.g., business applications, licenses, financial statements).
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Knowledge of financial management, accounts receivable principles, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), business law, and healthcare industry regulations.
Ability to interpret financial statements accurately.
Proven success implementing processes that result in effective audit outcomes.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively.
Familiarity with AmerisourceBergen (ABC/ABSG) products and services.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
