Responsibilities and requirements 工作职责和要求

1.定期拜访客户，了解市场动态，确保将准确、有效的信息及时的汇报给上级。 Visit customers regularly, understand market trend to ensure accurate and effective information r eported to supervisor timely;

2.准备、提议并实施所负责区域的年度销售计划和销售预测。 Prepare, propose, and implement annual sales plan and forecast for responsible territory;

3.与经销商配合执行销售计划和项目。 Coordinate with distributors on the execution of sales plan and programs;

4.提交月度销售报告，执行相关战略并达到销售目标。 Generate monthly sales report and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales target;

5.参与并组织学术研讨和促销活动，积极传递产品信息并塑造相应的公司品牌形象。 Participate in and organize academic and promotion activities, deliver product information to ma rket to establish the company's brand image;

6.负责经销商日常维护，确保经销商的相应目标与公司相匹配。 Maintain daily relationships with distributor to ensure distributor's target align with company's; 7.确保顾客/经销商拥有公司最新产品和服务的信息。 Keep customers/distributors informed on new products or services.

8.按时准时参加并通过公司安排的培训和培训测试，取得合格证书，包括但不仅限于新销售资格认证培 训(NSQT)、合规培训等。 Attend and pass the training and training tests arranged by the company on time and punctually to obtain the qualification certificate, including but not limited to New Sales Qualification Trainin g (NSQT), Compliance Training, etc.

9.学习和了解公司的各个政策和流程，在业务中遵守各项合规要求。 Learn and understand the various policies and procedures of the company and adheres to all co mpliance requirements in the business.

10.执行主管的其他工作安排和指令。

岗位要求 Education & Industry experience:

学历以及行业工作经验要求：‐ 本科学历，商务、市场、医学专业优先。

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, medical is preferred; Position Experience:

职位工作经验要求：‐ 6年以上医疗领域销售经验。

At least 6 years’ sales experience in medical field; Skills and Competency:

技能及能力要求：
