In this role, you'll:
- Own the full new business cycle within mid-market accounts (51–500 employees) — hunting for new logos, not managing existing ones
- Build your pipeline through outbound prospecting, target account strategies, and close collaboration with your BDR partner
- Run deals end-to-end — from first outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close — typically $40K+ ARR
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals by coordinating across BDRs, Pre-Sales, executive sponsors, and product specialists
- Bring HubSpot's AI-powered customer platform to mid-sized businesses working through real complexity in how they go to market
- 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience with a defined revenue quota
- 3+ years of net-new business experience — you hunt, you build your own pipeline, and you can walk us through exactly how
- Consistent tenure throughout your sales career
- A track record of strong quota attainment and upward trajectory — we'll ask about your numbers
- Ability to manage a mixed pipeline — keeping transactional deals moving while giving complex, high-value opportunities the attention they deserve
- President's Club, Rising Star, or comparable recognition
- Closing 3–6 deals per month across a mix of deal sizes from $10k-60k ARR
- Experience closing $40K+ ARR deals with 30–120 day cycles
- Experience working within a deal team (BDRs, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineers, exec sponsors)
- Familiarity with JEPs, MAPs, or structured closing plans
- Selling across multiple technology categories or company stages
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
