What We're Looking For:
VML Health is searching for a highly experienced and results-driven Account Director to lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts and drive significant growth within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, a proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, and a passion for building strong client partnerships and fostering innovation. Exceptional leadership, communication, and business acumen are essential, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, overseeing strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, aligning with client objectives and budgets.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and client satisfaction.
- Manage client communication and presentations, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to agency growth and expansion.
- Mentor and develop a team of account professionals, providing guidance, support, and leadership.

- A strong leader with exceptional business acumen and financial management skills.
What You'll Need:
- 7-10 years of agency and/or client-side experience in healthcare marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing budgets and timelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
