Job: Senior Project Manager - Freelance (Social & Influence Focus for Health Pharma)
This is a Sr. PM role, freelance that will focus on Soclai and Influencer campaigns for a major North American Pharma Client. Core Project Management disciplines are essential (delivery, finance, process, team), but the work will focus on deliverables in the media, social, and influencers spaces- they will be analytics-driven rather than creative-tactic production driven. The ideal candidate must have experience working on recurring/campaign-flighted work (paid media launches, always-on social listening, weekly/monthly reporting) instead of the linear concept → creative → MLR route → release lifecycle. Please understand that distinction is the single biggest differentiator for this immediate freelance role.
What They'll Own
- End-to-end delivery of mid-complexity, multi-channel S&I workstreams: paid social/digital campaigns, social listening programs, and analytics/GEO reporting.
- Timelines and resource plans (existing frameworks and templates already exist – the ideal candidate will keep them current and drive follow-up on due/overdue tasks).
- Reporting cadences as recurring deliverables – weekly, monthly, and post-campaign decks delivered on time and to speceifications.
- Budget tracking, monthly burn review, and forecasting; participation in weekly finance meetings.
- QC via the client feedback tracker; adherence to MLR and platform-policy checkpoints.
- Onboarding of new resources (existing playbooks in place) and maintenance of shared tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint).
Must-Haves
- Healthcare/pharma experience.
- Experience managing digital, media, or data/analytics workstreams (not solely creative campaigns and/or production).
- Financial aptitude: budget tracking, forecasting, resource utilization.
- Smartsheet (or similar), Digital routing tool (Ziflow or similar) plus strong MS Office/Teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, proactive and solutions-oriented.
Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on exposure to paid social/performance media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, search, DOOH).
- Familiarity with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, YouScan, NetBase Quid).
- Interest in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) / AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
