As an Acceleration Center - Digital Core Modernization (DCM) - SAP RTR - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering consulting services across various SAP applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions for seamless integration
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation within client engagements
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Utilizing technical skills in SAP ERP and CRM to support enterprise integration and technology implementation
- Developing training materials and delivering workshops to enhance client understanding of SAP systems
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with clients and stakeholders

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
