As an Acceleration Center - DAT Assurance - AI - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes through digital solutions within our Assurance practice.

As a Senior Associate, you will manage engagements, design innovative audit solutions, and coach teams. You will utilize technologies like Python to automate and reimagine audits, while building a strong understanding of the role data and analytics play in modern audits. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, joining team meetings, and overseeing deadlines and budgets.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will enhance and build strong relationships with engagement teams and clients, interact with territory audit teams, and articulate objectives and testing results.

Responsibilities

- Design, test and Deploy robust AI and ML solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery

- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical coaching and feedback to support their growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree

- At least 2 years of experience developing AI solutions

- Experience with LLM Applications (RAG, agentic workflows)

- Data preprocessing and handling large structured/unstructured datasets using tools like PySpark, Pandas and Numpy

- Ability to analyze and build data models and transformation routines

- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
