Job Description

We, 3M Japan is seeking a business development manager (BDM) for Aerospace and defense vertical business (A&D Vertical) in Japan (Location : Nagoya or Tokyo). The candidate will be responsible for business development for Japan aerospace and defense business by providing new programs development, competitive conversions programs and spec in activities for OEM/Tiers as well as MRO segment. Developing channel strategy & deployment is also important part to make sustainable business for top & bottom line growth. Thus we are looking for candidates who have experienced rich sales and/or marketing background with leadership behaviors, dedicated to business and customers in Japan ensuring the successful execution and deployment of global aerospace and defense strategic initiatives and business development in Japan
